Doors open one hour prior to show time, and entry may take some time. If you arrive less than 30 minutes before your show, you risk missing the first few performance numbers. Additionally, if you arrive after the performance has begun, you will be asked to wait until a break between scenes prior to being seated.
Please be sure to have your digital tickets easily accessible on your phone to enter Radio City Music Hall. For ticket access, refer to your purchase confirmation email with instructions or see our tutorial.
We strongly discourage bringing unnecessary bags to Radio City, as this can delay entry. All persons and bags are subject to search. Oversized bags are prohibited. Radio City does not provide an area to check bags or other belongings.
GETTING TO RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL
Radio CityMusic Hallis located at 1260 Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue) between W. 50th St. and W. 51st St. If you’re arriving by car, the best drop-off point is on 5th Avenue between W. 50th St. and W. 51st St. We recommend using the following entrances based on your ticket location to get you to your seats faster. Look out for our candy cane greeters aroundRadio Cityto help you find your way to the best entrance.
